Top 5. How accurate are the prices on Packyourbags.com? Packyourbags.com is one of the first late availability sites that allows you to check 'live' availability of your selected holiday in real time, giving you 100% accurate pricing once you have made an availability search. Many tour operators 'lead in' price excludes taxes and airport transfers and can be based on a specific number of people sharing a room. For this reason you may notice a difference between the initial 'lead in' price and the final price payable. Where there is a difference in price we clearly identify what the differences are.

Yes you can book your holiday from outside of the UK. Packyourbags.com is an international company and looks forward to hearing from you. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide you holiday insurance if your journey commences outside of the UK. Top 8. How can I find out about the accommodation? Details of your accommodation can be seen in the itinerary information provided during your search. Unfortunately, some tour operators do not provide us with information on all their hotels. In some cases tour operators will offer much reduced prices if you are prepared to travel to a resort without knowing which hotel you are staying in. In this case, we are unable to help further, although we maybe able to identify a selection of possible hotels. Top 9. How do I pay and what are your credit card charges? We accept the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club (Please note credit card charges apply of 2% of the total cost, 3% for American Express and 4% for American Diners Club).

Deposit booking Where we are offering a 20% promotional deposit, in the event you cancel your booking you will be liable to pay the full cancellation charges made by the tour operator who supplied the holiday, plus any administration fees that may arise from Packyourbags.com cancelling the holiday on your behalf. The 20% deposit is a promotional scheme valid on certain holidays where indicated and gives you the customer the opportunity to secure a booking using a small deposit. If you choose this option you enter into a contract with Packyourbags.com; you will have booked the holiday and will be required to pay the full amount of the holiday at the specified time or be liable for any cancellation charges applied by the tour operator in the event you wish to cancel. Where any deposit on a holiday is paid we will send you a letter or email outlining the balance that is due 14 weeks prior to your departure. The balance will be due 12 weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment has not been received for your booking with us at this point. Top
